How to Book On-Demand Delivery Via EasyParcel?
1. Go to “Send Parcel” drop-down and click on “On-Demand Delivery “.
2. Fill in Pick-up location, drop off points (can up to 9 drop-off points), pick-up date and time. Then, choose the transport type.
Click on “Quote” button.
3. You can check out the information laid out, then click “Book” to choose preferred courier.
4. Check “Pickup date & time”.
5. Fill in all details.
6. (Optional) Click “Apply” to add discount coupon.
7. (Optional) Under “Tracking Notifications”, choose your preferred notification channel – SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
8. Double check all details and click on “Place Order”.
9. Double check all the details and click on “Pay Now” to make payment.
10. Download and print Air Waybill (AWB).
Single AWB
1. Click the three dots icon next to the shipment.
2. Select “Print AWB” from the dropdown menu.
3. A PDF file will automatically download and save.
Bulk Downloads AWB
1. Tick the “Selected” checkbox to choose all your orders.
2. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click “AWB” to download all AWBs in bulk.
