Mooncake delivery service is a delivery solution for you to send mooncake up to 20kg at your doorstep to a home/office address this Mid Autumn Festival.
The maximum dimension of your Viamove Same Day Delivery shipment must be:
- Not more than 20kg and maximum volumetric weight (length + width + height) is 180cm. A size surcharge may be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 90cm.
You can choose either 4 Hours Delivery Service or 8 Hours Delivery Service which both provided by Viamove to complete the delivery within Singapore after the parcels have been collected from you. However, the delay may occur when the courier on hold of your parcel in the hub due to the declared weight or dimensions is different from the actual measurements.
For mooncake that cannot be stored under room temperature such as snowskin mooncake and jelly mooncake, they’re compulsory to be packed with dry ice boxes and can only be delivered using Viamove 4 hours service.
