4 Sub-services For Ninja Van
Ninja Send
- 2-3 working days delivery
- From point to door
- No minimum parcel requirement
- Maximum weight: 4kg
- Maximum dimension: L+W+H=80cm

- Ninja Send offers point-to-door delivery services.
- Sender: Drops off parcel at Ninja Van point.
- Receiver: Parcel will be delivered to receiver’s doorstep by Ninja Van.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within Ninja Van coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9.00am to 10.00pm.
- For failed delivery, shipment left in warehouse will be disposed after 30 days. Sender or receiver may contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance before disposal.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier. Ninjavan will compensate on maximum SGD100 or whichever is lower for damaged and lost shipments.
- Maximum weight is 4kg and maximum VW is in total of 80cm(L+W+H).

- 2-3 working days delivery
- From door to door
- Minimum 5 shipments required
- Maximum weight: 30kg
- Maximum dimension: L+W+H=300cm

- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 11.45am. Parcel will be collected today within 9.00am – 6.00pm.

The best part is you can mix and match Ninja Van pickup services including Ninja Express, Ninja Standard and Ninja Collect to fulfill the minimum 5 parcels requirement and enjoy free doorstep collection service. Let’s say, you’re having 1 shipment for Ninja Express, 2 shipments for Ninja Standard and 3 shipments for Ninja Collect, you can still proceed to check out without any doubt. Bear in mind that, this mix and match is not applicable for Ninja Send which allows you to drop-off parcel(s) at nearby Ninja points without minimum parcel requirement.
