When you top up EP1000 or higher packages, you can redeem our starter pack which consist of EasyParcel limited edition electronic scale. Besides, this starter pack comes with pinkish poly mailers, fragile stickers and other materials you’ll need for your delivery process!

- The package price shown above is inclusive of 7% GST.
- The promo rate for each package is only applicable for the selected courier(s) only.
- Your promo rate and benefits will be updated according to your most recent top-up package. For example, you are enjoying EP300 benefits and if you make a new top up of EP100, your new promo rate and benefits will be based on the EP100 package.
- Free starter pack for EP1,000 or above packages will dispatch out to your profile address within 2-8 weeks. Free thermal printer for EP5,000 or above packages will dispatch out to your profile address within 2-8 weeks. Each account is only entitled to 1 starter pack and 1 thermal printer.
- GrabPay e-Wallet payment method is only available for topping up EP2,000 or below packages due to GrabPay single transaction limit of S$5,000 in accordance with MAS regulations.
- If your account does not have sufficient credit to pay for an order, you can either top up and pay at a promo rate or pay using the “Instant Pay” method at a higher rate. You can only choose either 1 of the payment methods in a single order.
- For larger or ongoing projects, we also offer credit packs of 30,000 or 50,000 credits.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
