Hampers are a way to express our gratification or affection for someone. It’s also a very suitable gift for the appreciation to important figures, especially clients. Together with a hand-written message on a card, it’s one of the gifts which our sincerity can be best shown and felt.
You can now book for hamper delivery service online with EasyParcel with just a few simple steps. We have specially partnered up with 3 courier companies: Viamove, Pickupp and FeXprimir Logistics; It’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB). If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.) with receiver name and contact number on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door! Kindly inform the driver to key in the written AWB number into the system during collection.
If you have a printer, kindly print out and attach the air waybill (AWB) to your parcel.

- With Pickupp service, it’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB).
If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.), receiver’s name, receiver’s contact number and receiver’s address with permanent ink on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door!
- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 1.45pm.Parcel will be collected on same-day within 2pm – 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: Same day delivery within 2pm – 6pm within Pickupp coverage areas.
- Pickupp may refuse to accept an item for transportation if it is a Restricted Item. Sender will be responsible for the full fare.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- The full delivery price will be applied to the sender if delivery request is cancelled when Pickupp driver has already been assigned to collect the Parcel(s).
- All lost shipments come with basic insurance of SGD200 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 20kgs and maximum volumetric weight is 200cm.

- Same-day pick up and delivery slot 1: For orders made before 8.50am, parcel will be collected and delivered on same-day within 10am – 6pm within Viamove coverage areas.
- Same-day pick up and delivery slot 2: For orders made from 9am to 12.50pm, parcel will be collected and delivered on same-day within 11am – 10pm within Viamove coverage areas. This slot is not recommended for office address.
- For office address pickup or delivery, kindly book before 8.50am.
- If you’re sending more than 1 parcel via this service, multiple drivers may be assigned for collection. Kindly check with each driver for the tracking number(s) that will be collected by the driver.

- If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.), receiver’s name, receiver’s contact number and receiver’s address with permanent ink on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door!
- If you have a printer, kindly print out and attach the air waybill (AWB) to your parcel.
- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 12.45pm. Parcel will be collected today within 8am – 8pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1 working day delivery within FXL coverage areas. Delivery is made within 8am to 11pm.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD30 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kgs and maximum parcel dimension is 160cm x 120cm x 100cm.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
How To Book For Hamper Delivery Service?
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose your preferred Hamper Delivery Service and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose pick up date at your convenience and then “Add To Cart”.
Step 8: Confirm your shipment details then proceed with a click on “Check Out”.
Step 9: All you need to do now is just click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking.
