- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 7.45am. Parcel will be collected today within 9am – 7pm. (Minimum 5 shipments required)
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within Janio coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9am to 10pm.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum coverage of SGD13 per kg with maximum SGD130 per parcel, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Maximum actual weight is 30kg. Maximum volumetric weight is 30kg, each of the side cannot exceed as below:
– Length: 160cm
– Width: 120cm
– Height: 100cm - Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
How To Book JANIO With Easyparcel?
Step 1: Click on “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel. Proceed with “Quote & Book”
Step 3: Choose JANIO and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details. You can also choose from Address Book if you have saved it before.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details. Address book are available to choose if you had saved the contact.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose a pickup date at your convenience
Step 8: Add marketing tools option at your own preferences and “Add To Cart”
Step 9: Confirm your shipment details and proceed with “Check Out”.
Step 10: Lastly, click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking. You may also enter discount coupons here if you have one.
