The free starter pack worth S$60 is applicable for first time upgrade to EP1000-EP3000 throughout your lifetime with EasyParcel. Once per account only.
How do I claim my free starter pack?

It takes 8-12 weeks for us to dispatch the free starter pack to your doorstep – and the shipping is on us!
Terms & Conditions
- Each EasyParcel account is entitled for a set of starter pack only.
- Effective from 1st May 2022, those who have topped up the EP1000 EP2000, or EP3000 package for the first time will be eligible to obtain a set of starter pack.
- Starter pack will be dispatched within 4 to 8 weeks upon first time top up of EP1,000, EP2000, and EP3000.
- We will deliver the starter pack within Singapore areas only.
- Starter Pack cannot be exchanged for cash or EasyParcel credits.
- Starter Pack may vary in colours, designs, contents and sizes from the pictures above.
- EasyParcel holds the right to alter the rules and regulation of the campaign or terms and conditions without prior notice.
- We shall not entertain any request of replacement for damaged digital scale after 7 days from the date you received the starter pack.
