Our sister, EasyStore will be joining our EasyParcel integration family. With this integration, you will be able to eliminate all the troublesome tasks such as placing orders individually. The orders will be imported automatically and you will be able to ship your parcel anytime. Here is how you can integrate EasyStore with EasyParcel:-
Setting Up EasyStore Integration
Step 1:Â Click on âIntegrationsâ.
Step 2:Â Click âAdd New Storeâ.
Step 3:Â Choose âEasyStoreâ.
Step 4:Â Fill in all your EasyStore shop name & shop URL and click âSubmitâ.
Step 5:Â Youâll be able to see your integration ID code.
Step 6:Â Log in to your account if you havenât or skip this step if you are already logged in.
Step 7:Â Select âAppsâ at the bottom left corner and click âVisit the EasyStore App Marketplaceâ.
Step 8:Â Go to âOrders & Shippingâ and select âEasyParcel Singaporeâ.
Step 9:Â Proceed to click on âInstallâ EasyParcel Singapore application.
Step 10:Â Fill in all the details required.
Step 10(a):Â If you come across the âNo Origin Pickup Location, Please create pickup locationâ. Simply go to âSettingsâ.
Step 10(b):Â Select âLocationsâ.
Step 10(c):Â Click âAdd pickup locationsâ.
Step 10(d):Â Once youâve filled up all the details. Proceed to click on âSaveâ top right corner.
Step 11:Â Click on âSaveâ once youâre all done.
Step 12:Â Tadaa! Youâve successfully integrated your store with EasyParcel Singapore!
Fulfilling EasyStore Order
Step 1: Go to your EasyStore orders page and click on the order number.Â
Step 2:Â Click on the âFulfillâ button and then click on âEasyParcel Fulfillment Singaporeâ.
Step 3:Â Check if the item weight is correct. If itâs wrong, click on the pencil button to edit it.
Step 4:Â Choose a pickup date if you wish to choose a different date from the date shown.
Step 5:Â Choose your preferred courier service and then click on âFulfill Orderâ button.
Step 6: Click on âDownload your AirWaybillâ button to view and download the air waybill. Remember to print and attach the air waybill to your parcel. You may also click on âEasyParcel Portalâ text to go to your EasyParcel all shipments page or click on âReturn To EasyStoreâ button to view or fulfil other EasyStore orders.
