Campaign Period: 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026

1. Campaign Eligibility

• 1.1. The 9.9 Mega Shipping Day Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by EasyParcel and is open to eligible EasyParcel users who make a qualifying top up during the Campaign Period.
• 1.2. Only successful top ups made from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 are eligible for the Campaign rewards.
• 1.3. Failed, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalid transactions will not qualify.
• 1.4. EasyParcel reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any transaction, account, or participant at its sole discretion.

2. Campaign Rewards

• 2.1. Eligible participants may receive FREE Credit of up to RM15,000, depending on the qualifying top-up package and applicable Campaign mechanics.
• 2.2. Eligible participants may also receive J&T Express shipping coupons at RM4.50, with the quantity determined by the qualifying top-up package and applicable Campaign mechanics.
• 2.3. FREE Credit and RM4.50 J&T Express shipping coupons will be credited/issued to the eligible EasyParcel account according to the applicable Campaign mechanics.
• 2.4. All Campaign rewards are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, terms, and availability.

3. RM4.50 J&T Express Shipping Coupons

• 3.1. RM4.50 J&T Express shipping coupons are valid only for eligible J&T Express shipments and are subject to the applicable coupon validity period, minimum shipment requirements, and other restrictions.
• 3.2. Each coupon can only be used once and is non-transferable.
• 3.3. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gifts, other vouchers, or any other form of compensation.
• 3.4. Unused or expired coupons will not be replaced, refunded, or converted into cash or other rewards.
• 3.5. Coupon usage is subject to J&T Express service availability and applicable EasyParcel shipping terms.

4. General Terms

• 4.1. Campaign rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers unless otherwise stated.
• 4.2. Participants must ensure that their EasyParcel account information is accurate and up to date.
• 4.3. EasyParcel reserves the right to disqualify participants who manipulate, abuse, or attempt to exploit the Campaign mechanics.
• 4.4. EasyParcel reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign, its rewards, or these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary.
• 4.5. In the event of any dispute regarding the Campaign, eligibility, transactions, rewards, or fulfilment, EasyParcel’s decision shall be final.
• 4.6. By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
