Users should note the following when using Wyngs courier services:-
1. Air Waybill (AWB) & Pickup
Paperless shipping: Printing an Air Waybill (AWB) is not compulsory for domestic or international shipments.
Same-day pickup: Book before 10:50 AM for same-day pickup. The pickup window is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Advance booking: Pickup bookings can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
2. Special Item Handling & Restrictions
For international shipments involving liquid products and other selected items, the following guidelines apply:
Liquid handling: Eligible shipments containing liquids are accepted, subject to applicable handling requirements and fees.
Food products: Foodstuffs, including liquid- and paste-based products, are accepted as sensitive items and are subject to a RM65 handling fee per box. Bird’s nest is not accepted.
Electronic devices: Selected accessories and electronic devices with built-in batteries, such as mobile phones and tablets, are accepted. Power banks are excluded. All electronic devices must comply with applicable SIRIM certification requirements.
Perfumes: Limited to a maximum of 15 ml per box.
Other restricted consumer products: Essential oils, nail polish and cosmetic products are subject to applicable restrictions. Only non-aerosol spray products are accepted.
Battery packing: Items containing built-in batteries must be packed separately in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
Acceptance is subject to Wyngs’ item restrictions, handling requirements and applicable regulations.
3. Packaging & Shipment Preparation
Pick-and-pack service: For international pick-and-pack shipments and domestic repacking services, senders are not required to prepare the packaging in advance.
Multiple shipments: If you have multiple parcels, please indicate the corresponding AWB number on each paper bag, plastic bag, basket or other packaging to ensure proper identification.
4. International Shipping Terms
DDP requirement: All international shipments via Wyngs are applicable only under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service arrangement. Applicable duties and taxes are included according to the DDP service terms.

6. Parcel Weight & Shipping Charges
Chargeable weight: Shipping charges are calculated based on the higher of the actual weight or volumetric weight (VW).
Volumetric weight: Volumetric weight applies when any one parcel dimension exceeds 80 cm. Calculate VW using the following formula:
Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5,000
Additional surcharges: The quoted shipping rates include the shipping fee but exclude additional courier surcharges, such as rerouting charges and other applicable fees.

Step 1: Log in to your EasyParcel account, click on “Domestic Delivery”. Fill in the sender and receiver postcodes, parcel weight and click “Quote & Book”.
