Campaign Period: 1 August 2026 – 31 August 2026

1. Campaign Eligibility

• 1.1. The Merdeka69 Kaw Kaw Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by EasyParcel.
• 1.2. The Campaign is open to eligible EasyParcel users who make a qualifying top up during the Campaign Period.
• 1.3. Only top ups made during 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 are eligible for the Campaign rewards.
• 1.4. EasyParcel reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any transaction, account, or participant at its sole discretion.

2. Campaign Rewards

• 2.1. Eligible participants may receive FREE credits of up to RM20,000, depending on the qualifying top-up package selected.
• 2.2. The amount of FREE credits awarded is determined by the eligible package purchased and the applicable campaign mechanics.
• 2.3. Eligible participants may also receive 1 FREE EPPY Plush worth RM69, subject to the applicable campaign eligibility and fulfilment criteria.
• 2.4. EPPY Plush is a campaign reward and is not exchangeable for cash, credit, other products, or other forms of compensation.
• 2.5. The FREE credits and EPPY Plush are subject to availability and the campaign’s applicable eligibility requirements.

3. Top Up & Reward Crediting

• 3.1. Participants must complete a successful payment for an eligible top-up package during the Campaign Period to qualify for the applicable rewards.
• 3.2. Failed, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalid transactions will not qualify for the Campaign rewards.
• 3.3. FREE credits will be credited to the eligible EasyParcel account according to the applicable campaign mechanics.
• 3.4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their EasyParcel account information is accurate and up to date.

4. EPPY Plush Fulfilment

• 4.1. Eligible participants who qualify for the FREE EPPY Plush will receive their plush after the Campaign ends.
• 4.2. EPPY Plush delivery will be arranged within 2–4 weeks after the Campaign Period ends.
• 4.3. Participants must ensure that their profile and delivery address in their EasyParcel account is accurate and updated before the Campaign ends.
• 4.4. EasyParcel will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid delivery address provided by the participant.
• 4.5. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond EasyParcel’s reasonable control.
• 4.6. EPPY Plush is limited to one (1) unit per eligible participant, unless otherwise stated by EasyParcel.

5. General Terms

• 5.1. This Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers unless otherwise stated.
• 5.2. EasyParcel reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have manipulated, abused, or attempted to exploit the Campaign mechanics.
• 5.3. EasyParcel reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign, its rewards, or any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.
• 5.4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Campaign, eligibility, qualifying transactions, rewards, or fulfilment, EasyParcel’s decision shall be final.
• 5.5. By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• 5.6. EasyParcel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Participants are encouraged to check the latest Campaign information before making a qualifying top up.
