Users should note the following when using Janio International services:-

👉 At only parcel, users can have their parcel picked up between 9.30am – 6pm.
👉 Book before 1pm for same day pick up.
👉 Parcel will be picked up by a third party courier and delivered by Janio
👉 Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
👉 VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
👉 All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee except address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
👉 Deliver to Singapore – GST and permit & administrative fee will be applied for parcel above SGD400.
👉 Deliver to Indonesia – Import duties and tax will be applied for parcel above USD3.
