The maximum dimension of your shipment must be W + L + H ≤ 150cm and not more than 15kg.
To make sure that your parcel arrives safe and sound, you have to:
- For hamper: Double wrapped items in plastic without any hole but a base so the hamper able to stand on its one without external support.
- For Mandarin orange box: The box should be taped at the opening twice without any hole.
Perishable items are not allowed for shipping via Pgeon Delivery, such as those likely to spoil, decay or become unsafe to consume. These include meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, and all cooked leftovers that need to keep in refrigerator.
It usually takes 2 days to complete delivery between Penang, Selangor and Johor. However, delay may occurs when the courier on hold your parcel in hub due to the declared weight or dimensions are different with the actual measurements.
For Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery service, all lost parcels have to be reported at [email protected] within 14 days to get a claim under Pgeon Delivery and also an extra insurance coverage with a nett value of RM50 to all EasyParcel users on top of basic insurance provided by Pgeon Delivery.
Just book and schedule a pick up before 21st January 2020 and our Pgeon Hero will send it to your beloved one’s doorstep before/by 23rd January 2020.
This hamper delivery service will be open for booking from 2nd January till 21st January 2020. However, we reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the duration of this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the customers.
Terms & Conditions
- This Pgeon CNY Hamper Delivery service is available from 2nd January 2020 till 21st January 2020.
- This RM18 flat-rate for hamper delivery service is applicable for hampers and mandarin orange box with W+L+H ≤ 150cm and not more than 15kg only.
- This service is available for shipment send between Penang, Selangor and Johor. (subject to postcode availability).
- No refund is given if someone misuse the service for other than hamper delivery purpose.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
