The free credit is only applicable when you upgrade to EP500-EP50,000 for the first time. Once per package only.
Here’re some scenarios to help you have a better understanding.
- If an EP1000 user performs the first top up of EP500, he/she will not be eligible for any free credit from EP500.
- On the opposite, if the user upgrades his package from EP1000 to EP2000, then 1-time RM200 free credit will be granted.
- Sequence: EP500 (get RM50) → EP1000 (get RM100) → EP2000 (get RM200) → EP5000 (get RM500) → EP10,000 (get RM1,000) → EP20,000 (get RM2,000) → EP50,000 (get RM5,000)
3 Steps To Get FREE Credit with New Top Up
Step 1: Sign in to your EasyParcel account and go to “Account” > “Top Up“.
Step 2: You’ll be able to see the free credit label available for the selected top up packages.
Step 3: Proceed with the “Get It Now” button and you’ll be rewarded with free credit instantly.
You’ll be able to see the packages that higher than your previous top up only. For example, your highest top up throughout your lifetime with EasyParcel is EP1000, then you’ll be able to see the free credit label for EP2000 or above only.
📣 How to identify whether I’m entitled to the free credit or not?
You’ll only be eligible for free credit when there is a label for the top up package.
Terms & Conditions
- The free credit is applicable for whoever upgrades their package to EP500 or above within 19th-30th November 2021 only.
- To be eligible for the free credit, the top up package must be the highest among your top up history.
- You’ll be eligible for free credit when there is a free credit label (for eg FREE CREDITS RM100) stated on the top up packages.
- The free credit is applicable once per package for EP500-EP50,000.
- The free credit will be given to your account instantly along with your top up credit.
