Frequently Asked Questions
#EasyParcelShoppingKaki campaign will be on-going for 3 months. There will be a total of (three) monthly giveaway session. Campaign period starts from 1st March 2022 to 31st May 2022 at “23:59:59”.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period, Reward Mechanics and Reward Prizes at any time without prior notice. The Campaign segments that allow for Reward Collection and Participation in the running for the Grand Prize for each month’s giveaway (1 prize per winner only, 1 quantity per prize).
If you have receive a package in EasyParcel pink packaging flyer, then you are in for this giveaway!
Of course you may join all 3 months contest. But if you’ve won in the first or second month during this contest, then you’ll not be entitle for the following month #EasyParcelShoppingKaki contest. Let’s keep the prizes to other fellow Malaysian, so every can have a chance to win it.

We will announce the next prizes for following month as soon as the current month giveaway is nearing the end.
Don’t worry! You’ll be notified via Instagram to arrange for the delivery of the prize.
The prizes will be dispatched within 3 weeks from the winner’s announcement date.
- Each participant will be eligible to participate in this giveaway as long he/she is a receiver and has fulfilled the photo posting contents criteria within 1st March 2022 – 31st May 2022.
- By participating in this contest, participants shall agreed with EasyParcel featuring contestant’s photos on our marketing channels/materials.
- This campaign giveaway contest is only valid for the receiver that is located in Malaysia only.
- Each winner will only be entitled (ONE) prize throughout the 3 months campaign period.
- The winners of the contest will be notified via Instagram to arrange for the delivery of the prize.
- A total of 3 winners will be selected from those that have joined the contest in March 2022. The following month of April and May total winner will be announced, as soon as the current month giveaway is nearing the end along with announcing the following month’s prizes.
- The prizes will be dispatched within 3 weeks from the winner’s announcement date.
- The prizes may be forfeited if we fail to reach the winners within 3 working days.
- The prizes may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these terms & conditions.
- The visual prizes that are shown is for illustration purpose only. EasyParcel reserves the right to change the prizes to other prizes of the same value at any point of time without prior notice.
- In claiming the reward, EasyParcel may request such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
- All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated deadline. Any rewards not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited and shall not be entertained.
- All prizes will be given based on random colors/design/model and any request of exchange shall not be entertained.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
