As you may know, EasyParcel is prepaid delivery basis where booking is made before collection by the courier. We know that there might be mistakes during weighing which may lead to weight discrepancy/dispute reported.
Therefore, on 22nd June 2016 (Wednesday) onward, if the shipment is heavier or larger, extra charges for the additional weight will be automatically charged to your EasyParcel account based on the final weight validated by courier company. You will be informed via email if weight discrepancy is reported.
Additional charges will be at EasyParcel’s normal rate. So do remember to double check and make sure the correct weight ya?
