Just 1 month plus ago, we announced you will be able to drop off your parcel at your nearest Skynet branch. Now, you can also drop off your parcel at your nearest Poslaju or Nationwide branch. Just follow the steps below and you are good to go:
How To Drop Off Parcel?
STEP 1: Quote in the delivery details and click “Quote & Book”.
STEP 2: Select Poslaju, your collection date and click “Book Now”.
STEP 3: Tick ” Yes, i want to drop-off my parcel”, choose “Poslaju National Courier branches drop off” and select your preferred Poslaju drop off branch from the drop down list.
STEP 4: Fill in the delivery details as usual, check the box and click “Next”.
STEP 5: Confirm your order and proceed to payment by clicking “CheckOut”.
Kindly proceed to drop off at your selected branch once the payment is made. Currently this is only available for Poslaju, Nationwide and Skynet parcel and for those who are using other courier, you will still need to email your tracking no and drop off location as usual to [email protected] before drop off. Our support team will then assist in updating your parcel status.
PS: Remember to let the person in charge to sign on sender copy as a proof of collection upon drop off.
