This mystery courier campaign is a promotional campaign by EasyParcel to benefit our fellow customers and at the same time for customers to experience different couriers in the market. Once you have completed the booking, the courier name will be revealed in your airway bill.

All services available at normal rate are applicable to secret saver as well. There will still be basic insurance coverage, free door-to-door pick up, online tracking and all others that you can think of.
4. Delivery areas*
Delivery is only available for shipments being delivered from Malaysia to Singapore ONLY.

Users should note the following when using Mystery Saver services:
👉 No minimum parcel quantity is required for pick up.
👉 Items that are restricted and prohibited from shipping are listed here.
👉 Users who book before 9:30am for same day pick up.
👉 Users may have their parcel picked up between 12pm to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
👉 All shipments come with basic insurance coverage up to USD100 per shipment or whichever is lower from the declared value.
👉 All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.
👉 Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.
👉 The courier name is shown only after you book in printed airway bill.
👉 All bookings are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, exchanged, or transferred.
