- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 11.15am. Parcel will be collected same-day within 9am – 6pm.
- Order cut-off time: 11.15am. Order made after 11.15am, will be scheduled to next working day.
- Delivery time frame: 2-3 working day delivery within XDel coverage area. Delivery is made within 9am – 10pm.Delivery may experience slight delay during peak season.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- The full delivery price will be applied to the sender if delivery request is cancelled when XDel is already on the way to collect the Parcel(s).
- The full delivery price will be applied to the sender if the pick up attempt is failed upon arrival of the courier. If the shipper wish to re-attempt another collection, he will have to make a new delivery order and notify our support team via [email protected]
- If XDel fails to deliver a consignment due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipper will be notified by of the circumstances surrounding the failed attempt, and will request for further instructions. XDel provides only one delivery attempt per order. If the shipper wish to re-attempt the delivery, he will have to make a new delivery order and notify our support team via [email protected] .
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All services is not available for restricted areas e.g. Singapore Airport.
- All lost shipments come with basic parcel protection of SGD50 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and greatest dimension should not exceed 160cm on one side.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm-VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000.
How to Book XDel on EasyParcel?
Step 1: Click on “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel. Proceed with “Quote & Book”
Step 3: Choose XDel and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details. You can also choose from Address Book if you have saved it before.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details. Address book are available to choose if you had saved the contact.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose a pickup date at your convenience.
Step 8: Add marketing tools option at your own preferences and “Add To Cart”
Step 9: Confirm your shipment details and proceed with “Check Out”.
Step 10: Lastly, click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking. You may also enter discount coupons here if you have one.
