- Next-day pick up: For orders made before 11.59pm, parcel will be collected on next working day within 8.30am – 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within Airpak coverage area. Delivery is made within 8.30am – 6pm.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services is not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All lost shipments come with basic insurance of SGD30 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and greatest dimension should not exceed 140cm on one side.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.

- Next-day pick up: After placing order, parcel will be collected on next working day within 8.30am – 6pm.
- Next day pick up: Parcels will be collected on next working day from 8.30am to 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: Varies depending on destination country also and subjected to customs clearance speed.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges. All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum coverage of SGD30, value declared during booking, or value stated on the invoice; whichever lowest in value.
- Maximum weight: 30kg – Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000. Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon successful delivery.

Step 4: Fill in receiver’s details.
