How to Participate?
- Log in to your EasyParcel account.
- Head to the Top-Up Page and select the Double 10 Double Up top-up package that fits your budget.
- Complete your top-up anytime in October 2025.
- Watch your free tracking SMS and free credits roll in to your account and start using them right away for shipments or packaging purchases.
Terms & Conditions
- The Double 10 Double Up campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top-up or parcel delivery made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- The Double 10 Double Up campaign is only valid from 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
- During this campaign, users who top up their credit will earn up to 6% free credits from the top-up amount and up to 12 months tracking SMS.
- Users who perform an offline top-up (offline bank transfer) from EP1,000 onwards will receive an additional 1% free credits from the top-up amount.
- All EasyParcel rewards/prizes (e.g., reward points, exclusive items, free credits) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit in kind.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to replace any prize with another of the same value, at its discretion and without prior notice.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or amend the campaign or its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
