- The Double 11 Perks Promo campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top-up or parcel delivery made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- The Double 11 Perks Promo campaign is only valid from 1st November 2025 to 30th November 2025.
- During this campaign, users who top up their credit will earn up to 10% free credits from the top-up amount and up to 12 months tracking SMS.
- Users who perform an offline top-up (offline bank transfer) from EP1,000 onwards will receive an additional 1% free credits from the top-up amount.
- All EasyParcel rewards/prizes (e.g., reward points, exclusive items, free credits) are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit in kind.
