For greater peace of mind, you can also opt for SMS tracking and/or Email tracking to keep receiver informed on their shipment status.

- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 2.59pm. Parcel will be collected today within 9am – 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery within J&T coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9am – 10pm.
- Additional charges for collection and delivery from Sentosa.
- All services is not available at restricted areas.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic protection of maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- surcharge may apply for any amendment and printing of new shipment request after the collection by J&T.

How To Book J&T Express On EasyParcel?
Step 1: Click on “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel. Proceed with “Quote & Book”
Step 3: Choose J&T Express and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details. You can also choose from Address Book if you have saved it before.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details. Address book are available to choose if you had saved the contact.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
Step 7: Choose a pickup date at your convenience.
Step 8: Add marketing tools option at your own preferences and “Add To Cart”
Step 10: Lastly, click on “Pay with Credits” to complete the booking. You may also enter discount coupons here if you have one.
