Terms & Conditions
- The Ho Ho Christmas Bonanza 2025 campaign (“this Campaign”) is open to all registered Easyparcel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“EasyParcel”) users and will run from 2nd December 2025 to 31st December 2025(“Campaign Period”).
- The free credit amount is dependent on the top-up package selected by the participant/user and will be credited automatically to the participant/user’s EasyParcel upon successful receipt and verification of payment. All top-ups are final and non-refundable.
- Only new top-ups made during the Campaign Period qualify for the Lucky Draw. Each SGD$50 top-up qualifies the participant for one (1) Lucky Draw entry. Top-ups outside this Campaign Period are not eligible.
- Lucky Draw winners are selected weekly and announced via EasyParcel’s official social media channels and email notifications. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within three (3) days, EasyParcel reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All winners selected are final and non-disputable. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. EasyParcel is not responsible for any loss or damage from prize acceptance or use.
- Physical Lucky Draw prizes will be delivered to the address listed in the winner’s EasyParcel profile. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is accurate and up to date. EasyParcel shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Winners of the flight ticket prizes will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number registered under their EasyParcel account for the purpose of collecting the necessary details for ticket issuance. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that their email address and phone number are accurate, current, and valid. EasyParcel shall not be liable for any failure to contact a winner or any delays in ticket issuance caused by incorrect, outdated, or invalid contact information provided by the winner.
- Winners of physical prizes will have their prizes delivered to the address listed in their EasyParcel account profile within two (2) to four (4) weeks after the campaign ends. Winners of EasyParcel Reward Points will have the points credited to their accounts within one (1) to two (2) weeks after the campaign ends. EasyParcel shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete account information or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to postal delays, courier errors, or force majeure events.
- All images of prizes displayed in connection with this Campaign are for illustration purposes only. The actual items may differ in colour, specifications, or appearance, and are subject to availability from the manufacturer or supplier.
- All free credits and any complimentary gifts provided under this Campaign are strictly non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and may, at its sole discretion, refuse any entry or disqualify any participant whose account or entry is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of EasyParcel’s policies. Decisions of Easypacelregarding eligibility, verification, and disqualification are final and binding.
- EasyParcel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify prize allocations, replace any prize with alternatives of equivalent or greater value, or make substitutions where necessary.
- EasyParcel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit access, withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its control.
- By participating in this Campaign, participants consent toEasyParcel using their name (as registered in EasyParcel account), image, and likeness, for advertising, marketingand publicity purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, payment or compensation. Participants waive any rights of approval or claims related to such use.
- EasyParcel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants or winners arising from or in connection with participation in this Campaign or redemption of the prize(s), except to the extent such loss, damage, injury, or expense is caused by EasyParcel’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Participation in this Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein, including without limitation EasyParcel’s Privacy Notice and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
- EasyParcel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, update, or revise any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. EasyParcel’s decision in all matters relating to this Campaign, including the selection of winners, shall be final and binding on all participants.
- This Campaign and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
