How To Update Profile On EasyParcel Account?

Update your profile personalizes your EasyParcel experience. If you wish to update your personal details some other time, feel free to visit the “Account” on your sidebar and click on the “Profile” anytime.

There are 5 sections in total:

#1 Personal

Here, you can change your personal information such as name, gender, birthday, email, mobile number, or account type by going to the personal tab. Click on “Edit” to change details.

 

#2 Company

You also have the option to add in your company information such as company name, registration number, nature of business, selling channel, GST number and even social media platforms. Click on “Edit” to change details.

 

#3 Profile Address

At here, you can fill up your address information and then it will be stored inside the address book for you to select during booking. Click on “Edit” to change details.

 

#4 Debit/Credit Card

Planning for international delivery? Then you shouldn’t miss out on this tab to register your debit/credit card. Other than adding a new card, you can also replace to another debit/credit card anytime. Learn more

 

#5 Settings

You can change the password on privacy settings to strengthen your account security by click on “Edit“. How if  you forget your password? See more.
