- Same-day pick up: For Orders made before 7.45am. Parcel will be collected today within 9am – 7pm.
- Delivery time frame: Varies depending on destination country also and subjcted to customs clearance speed.
- Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office Box)/ APO (Army Post Office)/FPO (Fleet Post Office)/DPO(Diplomatic Post Office) addresses and hotels.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee only and does not include address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export changes, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
- All shipments come with basic parcel protection of maximum coverage of SGD13 per kg with maximum SGD130 per parcel or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum actual weight is 30kg.
- Maximum volumetric weight is 30kg, each of the side cannot exceed as below:
- Length: 160cm
- Width: 120cm
- Height: 100cm
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher
- Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 24 hours upon sucessful delivery.
How To Book For Janio
Step 1: Click on the “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose country, fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 3: Choose Janio and click on the “Book” button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value, choose pick up date at your convenience and then “Add To Cart”.
Step 8: Make sure your delivery country is correct and you may proceed to payment by clicking on “Check Out”.
