A: Yes, the expiry date of your EasyParcel Reward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t let it go to waste, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.

Q: How do I redeem my EasyParcel Reward points?

A: It’s easy! Head on over to our EasyParcel Reward page and the total accumulated points that you’ve earned will be displayed. Scroll down the length of the page to view all available exclusive rewards that you can redeem with the points that you have. Once you’ve decided on a favourite item to redeem, click on the ‘Redeem’ button.

Q: When will I receive the physical rewards that I’ve redeemed from EasyParcel Reward?

A: Physical rewards will be dispatched to your profile address registered in your EasyParcel account within 4-8  weeks upon redemption. And shipping is on us!

Q: When will the lucky draw prize be delivered to the winner?

A: The prize will be dispatched within 4-8 weeks from the winner’s announcement date.

• Each participant will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw as long as he/she redeems any of the 3 entries with EasyParcel Reward points within 11th November 2023 – 31st January 2024. Unlimited redemption is available for each account.
• The lucky draw campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top up made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
• Every SGD1 top up is equivalent to 1x EasyParcel Reward points. Unlimited top up is available for each account.
• EasyParcel Reward points earned will be reflected into the user’s account instantly along with the top up credit.
• Rewards redeemed from EasyParcel Reward will be dispatched to a user’s profile address in 4-8 weeks upon redemption without manual request needed.
• There is no redemption limit for users on exclusive products available on EasyParcel Reward. However, all EasyParcel Reward products are subject to stock availability, and are based on a first come, first served basis.
• Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than the 1st March 2024 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
• The winner of the lucky draw campaign will be notified by email to arrange for the delivery of the prize. The winner is required to respond by filling up the delivery details form given in the WhatsApp message.
• It is the responsibility of every participant in the lucky draw to keep the contact number registered on their EasyParcel account updated.
• The prize may be forfeited if we fail to reach the winners within 3 working days.
• The winner of the lucky draw campaign will have their lucky draw prize dispatched within 4-8 weeks after the winner’s announcement date.
