Just write down the tracking number and receiver’s details (name, phone number and address) with permanent ink on the parcel.
It’s best for those who do not have a printer at home but also just starting up a small e-Commerce business or just wanting to send parcel once in a while or even for those having creativity on decorating their own kind/one of the kind of air waybill.

Park N Parcel Point to Door
- 1-3 working days delivery within Park N Parcel coverage areas.
- Sender drops off parcel to Park N Parcel point
- Park N Parcel delivers to recipient’s doorstep
- No minimum parcel requirement
- Maximum weight: 8kg
- Maximum volumetric weight is L+W+H =100cm

With Park N Parcel service, it’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB).
If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.), receiver’s name and receiver’s contact number with permanent ink on the parcel and drop off at the selected Park N Parcel drop off point!
- Sender: Drop off to Park N Parcel point after order is made.
- Receiver: Parcel will be delivered to receiver’s doorstep by Park N Parcel.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day(s) delivery within 8am – 8pm within Park N Parcel coverage areas.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- SGD5 surcharge will be applicable for certain areas including CBD and shopping malls.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD50 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 8kg for parcel.
- Maximum volumetric weight is L+W+H =100cm
- Parcels exceeding 100cm (L+W+H) or 8kg will be rejected or held by Park N Parcel.

- Park N Parcel offers self-collect and delivery services where senders can now drop off their parcels at Park N Parcel point and receivers to collect them from Park N Parcel point.
- Sender: Drop off only to Park N Parcel point after order is made.
- Receiver: Pick up from Park N Parcel point.
- Delivery time frame: 1 – 3 working days delivery within points.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD50 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 8kg for parcel.
- Maximum volumetric weight is L+W+H =100cm
- Parcels exceeding 100cm (L+W+H) or 8kg will be rejected or held by Park N Parcel.
- Sender or receiver may request for extension with valid reason to hold delivered shipment at Park N Parcel point for up to 14 days by contacting our support team at [email protected] . If delivered shipment is not collected after 5 days and no extension request was made, it’ll be sent to Park N Parcel’s warehouse and receiver will be notified via SMS. An additional fee will be applied for re-delivery from warehouse. Shipment left in warehouse will be disposed after 60 days.
