Q: When will the lucky draw winner be announced?
A: We will announce the winner via our Instagram & Facebook page no later than the 15th February 2025. So, be sure to follow us on our social accounts @easyparcel.sg and turn on the notification bell so you won’t miss out on the announcement!
Q: How do I reach out to claim my prize?
A: Don’t worry! An email message will be sent to the winner’s email that registered under EasyParcel account to arrange for delivery of the prize. Be sure to keep your contact profile updated so that you don’t miss it!
Q: When will the lucky draw prize be delivered to the winner?
A: The prize will be dispatched within 5 weeks from the winner’s announcement date.
Terms and Conditions:
- Each user will be eligible to participate in Send & Win Jackpot lucky draw with a minimum of one (1) parcel delivery within 16th November 2024 – 31st January 2025.
- There is no maximum limit on the number of parcels eligible for lucky draw entries. The more parcels sent, the more entries you will earn.
- Every parcel sent within the campaign period will qualify for one (1) entry in the Send & Win Jackpot lucky draw. For example: send 5 parcels, get 5 entries.
- Only users who top up offline are eligible for free credit from EP2000 onwards.
- Send & Win Jackpot lucky draw campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top up or parcel delivery made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- A total of one (1) winner will be selected to win one (1) prize throughout the lucky draw campaign period.
- Winner of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than 15th of February 2025 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
- The winner of the lucky draw campaign will be notified via email to arrange for the delivery of the prize.The winner is required to respond by filling up the delivery details form given in the E-mail.
- It is the responsibility of every participant in the lucky draw to keep the contact number registered on their EasyParcel account updated.
- The prize may be forfeited if we fail to reach the winners within 3 working days.
- The rewards may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these terms & conditions.
- By participating in this lucky draw campaign, participants shall agree with EasyParcel featuring participant’s photos on our marketing channels/materials.
- All EasyParcel Reward Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
