- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 4.15pm. Parcel will be collected today within 9am – 6pm.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day(s) delivery within SingPost coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9am to 6pm.
- For parcel with size not exceeding 324mm x 229mm x 65mm, SingPost will deliver it to recipient’s letterbox. For parcel with larger size that cannot be fit into letterbox, SingPost will deliver it to recipient’s doorstep.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
- All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee and does not include additional surcharges incurred by courier.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD150 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L + 2W + 2H =300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.
- Additional SGD3 surcharge is applicable for shipment that is fragile, with improper packaging or has exceeded machineable size of 80cm x 60cm x 60cm.
- SGD75 will be charged for shipment exceeding 150cm on any side or shipment with L+ 2W+ 2H exceeding 300cm.
- For unsuccessful delivery, small parcel (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days. For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be done. If not collected from POPStation (small parcel) or delivery attempts fail (large parcel), shipment will be returned to sender.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000

Step 2: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel, then proceed with “Quote & Book”.
Step 4: Fill in the sender details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel details and its value.
