Missed out your parce colletion? You can now easily report to us via live chat to reschedule. Our support team would love to assist you on the line from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm (exclude public holiday)

Shedule your shipments on a wrong date? Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know your most convenient date with the tracking number so we can update your selected courier company. And your email might reply within 24 hours.
