Heads up to all Park N Parcel supporters!
Designed with efficiency of delivery and collection in mind, the duration for parcel drop-off or pick up at Park N Parcel point will be updated to 3 days.
- Drop-off by sender：Once order is created for Park N Parcel service, sender has to drop off the parcel at the collection point within the next 3 days. Or else, the parcel will be expired and can’t be utilized anymore.
- Pick-up by receiver：Upon reaching the collection point, the receiver is given 3 days for pick up. Or else, it will be returned to warehouse.
The changes stated above will be effective from 15th October 2019 onwards. Take note of this so you can book and send at your convenience every time you need a delivery! If you’ve any inquiries, please drop us a line at [email protected].
