Q: How do I redeem my EasyParcel Reward points?
A: It’s easy! Head on over to our EasyParcel Reward page and the total accumulated points that you’ve earned will be displayed. Scroll down the length of the page to view all available exclusive rewards that you can redeem with the points that you have. Once you’ve decided on a favourite item to redeem, click on the ‘Redeem’ button.
Q: When will I receive the physical rewards that I’ve redeemed from EasyParcel Reward?
A: Physical rewards will be dispatched to your profile address registered in your EasyParcel account within 2-4 weeks upon redemption. And shipping is on us!
Q: Will my EasyParcel Reward points expire?
A: Yes, the expiry date of your EasyParcel Reward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t let it go to waste, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year
- Each participant will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw as long as he/she tops up any one of the Valen-time package within 10th-28th February 2023. Unlimited redemption is available for each account.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than the 24th March 2023 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
- The winner of the Daniel Wellington Couple Watch in this lucky draw campaign will be notified via E-mail to arrange for the delivery of the prize. The winner is required to respond by filling up the delivery details form given in the E-mail.
- The winners of EasyParcel Reward points will have their prize reflected into his/her account within 7 working days after the winner announcement date.
