What Couriers Provide PUDO Services In Singapore?

1. Point-to-Door

Point-to-door delivery means items are collected from a specific location and delivered directly to the customer’s door.

i. Ninja Van

  • Sender: Drops off the parcel at Ninja Van point.
  • Receiver: Parcel will be delivered to the receiver’s doorstep by Ninja Van.
  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within Ninja Van coverage areas. Delivery is made from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
  • Print Airwaybill: Needed

ii. Parcel and Park

  • Pick up: No pickup.
  • Sender has to drop off at Park N Parcel point during operating hours within 3 days from the scheduled drop-off date.
  • Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box areas and hotels.
  • No minimum quantity for drop-off at Park N Parcel point.
  • Maximum weight: 8kg and maximum dimension: L + W + H = 100cm

iii. Singpost

  • Sender: Drops off the parcel at SingPost point.
  • Receiver: Parcel will be delivered to the receiver’s doorstep by SingPost.
  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days within SingPost coverage areas. Delivery is made between 9.00am to 10.00pm.
  • Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box areas and hotels.
  • For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be made.
  • Maximum weight is 30kg, and maximum dimension is L + 2W + 2H = 300cm, with the greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.

iv. J&T Express PUDO

  • Sender: must personally drop off the parcel at any J&T Express branch. Please ensure that the staff scans the parcel before you depart.
  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 days.
  • Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
  • Maximum weight: 30kg
  • Max Dimension (Length + Breadth + Height) should not exceed 300cm, with the greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.

2. Point-to-Point

Point-to-point delivery refers to transporting goods directly from one specific location to another without any stops in between.

i. SingPost

  • Sender: responsible for dropping off the parcel at the specified POPStation location provided during the booking.
  • Receiver: required to collect the parcel from the designated POPStation location.
  • Delivery time frame: 1 -3 working day delivery (excluding collection day) within SingPost coverage areas. Delivery is made between 9 am to 10 pm.
  • Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L + 2W + 2H =300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.

3. Door-to-Point

Door-to-point delivery involves picking up items from a customer’s door and delivering them to a specified location.

1. SingPost

  • Senders: Parcel will be collected by SingPost from the sender’s address.
  • Receiver: Collects parcel at SingPost POPStation.
  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day delivery within SingPost coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
  • Suggestion for drop-off locker size: small locker: 42(w) x 10 (h) x 61 (d) cm, medium locker: 42 (w) x 23.5 (h) x 61 (d) cm, large locker: 42 (w) x 37 (h) x 61 (d) cm.
  • Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000.

ii. Ninja Van

  • Sender: Parcel will be collected by Ninja Van driver.
  • Receiver: Pick up parcel from Ninja Van point.
  • Same-day pick up: For orders made before 11.45am. Parcel will be collected today within 9.00 am – 6.00 pm.
  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery to Ninja Van point. Delivery is made within 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
  • If there are less than 5 shipments per pick-up, an SGD5 surcharge will be applicable.
  • Maximum weight is 4kg and the maximum VW is 80cm (L+W+H)
