What Is Goodie Gift?

Goodie Gift is a local delivery service available exclusively through EasyParcel. It’s designed for goodie bags that no need proper packaging, for example box or polymailer.

– making it ideal for:

  • Event goodie bags – Birthday parties, weddings, corporate events
  • Small business gift orders – Handmade crafts, small products
  • Personal care packages – Sending gifts to friends and family
  • Promotional items – Branded merchandise and samples

  • Singapore islandwide
  • All services are not available for restricted areas. E.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (SMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
  • Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box ares and hotels.
Pick Up
  • Same day pick up: Book before 5:50pm, collection will be on next working day.
  • Pick up time: 8am to 8pm.
  • Pick up day: Monday to Saturday.
  • Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): 5pcs.
  • If less than 5 parcels are provided, an additional charge of SGD5 (excluding GST) will apply.

Max Weight & Dimension
  • Max weight: 10kg.
  • Packaging Requirements:
    • Each parcels are handled with equal care regardless of labels. Items must be able to withstand a short drop.
    • Items must be packed tightly and securely. Any exposed areas must be fully wrapped and covered.
    • Fragile item must be packed in bubble wrapping (min. 3cm thick) and fully covered.
    • For parcels containing liquids, items must be place in an upright position to minimise movement. Ensure all items are securely sealed and that there is no empty space within the packaging.
    • When placing multiple items in a parcel, ensure all empty spaces between items are filled with bubble wrap, packing foam, or Styrofoam peanuts to minimise movement and prevent damage.
    • Not applicable to any type of perishables such as groceries and flowers (except properly packed chocolate).
    • The use of plastic or paper bags as packaging is not recommended. Any items that are missing or damaged during transit as a result of such packaging will not be eligible for coverage.

  • Basic insurance coverage: Maximum SGD50 or the declared parcel value, whichever is lower.
  • Please note that insurance coverage will be void if the packaging does not meet the required standards (please refer to packaging requirements).

How to Book Goodie Gift Service?

1. Login to your EasyParcel account.

2. Click on “Send Parcel”, select “Domestic Delivery” on the drop-down menu.

3. Enter origin country with postcode, destination with postcode and parcel weight. Then, click on “Quote” button. A list of courier rates will appear below, as shown in the image.
Choose on Goodie Gift service and click on “Book” button.

4. Fill in all details included Sender Details, Receiver Details, Parcel Details and Add-On Services.

Enter the actual weight, dimension and content of your parcel. 
Parcel Content:
Fill in your item name, price per item, and quantity. 

Domestic delivery - parcel details

Add-On Services: 
i. Tick the box to add EasyCover for additional protection against loss.
Note: EasyCover availability depends on the courier selected. Learn more about EasyCover.

ii. Choose your preferred notification channel – SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Click “Preview” to see how it looks,  and click “Customise” to add brand message to the notification.

iii. Tick the “Mask Sender Details” checkbox. EasyParcel Next Gen will automatically hide your sender information based on your saved privacy settings. 
Note: Mask Sender Details only available for certain couriers. Find out what courier is available for Mask Sender Details.

iv. Tick the “Custom AWB” checkbox. EasyParcel Next Gen will apply your saved AWB template automatically. 
Note: Custom AWB is only available for certain couriers. Find out which couriers support Custom AWB.

5. Double-check all details and click “Checkout”.

6. Double check all details and click “Pay Now” to proceed.

7. Download and print Air Waybill (AWB). 

Single AWB

1. Click the three dots icon next to the shipment.
2. Select “Print AWB” from the dropdown menu.
3. A PDF file will automatically download and save.

1. Tick the “Selected” checkbox to choose all your orders.
2. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click “AWB” to download all AWBs in bulk.
