A: Just top up any package from EP50 and above, and you’ll be entitled to get EasyParcel Reward points. All EasyParcel Reward points will be instantly reflected in your EasyParcel Reward page automatically.
Q: What can I do with EasyParcel Reward points?
A: With EasyParcel Reward points, you can use them to redeem your favourite items, such as an iPhone 14 Pro, iMac, iPad, Airpods Pro and so on.
Q: How do I redeem my EasyParcel Reward points?
A: It’s easy! Head on over to our EasyParcel Reward page and the total accumulated points that you’ve earned will be displayed. Scroll down the length of the page to view all available exclusive rewards that you can redeem with the points that you have. Once you’ve decided on a favourite item to redeem, click on the ‘Redeem’ button.
Q: When will I receive the physical rewards that I’ve redeemed from EasyParcel Reward?
A: Physical rewards will be dispatched to your profile address registered in your EasyParcel account within 2-4 weeks upon redemption. And shipping is on us!
Q: Will my EasyParcel Reward points expire?
A: Yes, the expiry date of your EasyParcel Reward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t let it go to waste, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both the remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.
Q: How many free credits are there to be won?
A: Only S$1,000(one thousand) free credits is up for you to win. So don’t miss this chance to make it yours by making as many lucky draw entry redemptions as you can.

A: The prize will be giving out within 3 weeks from the winner’s verified date.
- Every new top up from EP50 and above within 1st December – 31th December 2022 will be granted 1.5X EasyParcel Reward points.
- This December promotion is only valid for new top up from 1st December – 31st December 2022.
- Each participant will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw as long as he/she redeems any of the 3 entries with EasyParcel Reward points within 1st December – 31th December 2022. Unlimited redemption is available for each account.
- The lucky draw campaign is only valid in EasyParcel Singapore. Any top up made for EasyParcel Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia will not be considered as part of this campaign.
- Every S$1 top up is equivalent to 1.5X EasyParcel Reward points. Unlimited top up is available for each account.
- EasyParcel Reward points earned will be reflected into the user’s account instantly along with the top up credit.
- Rewards redeemed from EasyParcel Reward will be dispatched to a user’s profile address in 2-4 weeks upon redemption without manual request needed.
- There is no redemption limit for users on exclusive products available on EasyParcel Reward. However, all EasyParcel Reward products are subject to stock availability, and is based on a first come, first served basis.
- Winners of the lucky draw campaign will be announced no later than the 15th of January 2023 via EasyParcel’s social media accounts.
