Viamove : 4 Hours Delivery
- Kindly take note starting from 1st February 2023, Viamove same day services will only be available based on driver availability.
- If shipment has been booked and there’s no driver available to collect for delivery by 1pm, that booked shipment will automatically be canceled and refunds will be made into your EasyParcel account/ via payment gateway to source of payment.
- Next-day pick up and delivery: For orders made before 11.50pm, parcel will be collected and delivered on next-day within 11am – 3pm within Viamove coverage areas.
- If you’re sending more than 1 parcel via this service, multiple drivers may be assigned for collection. Kindly check with each driver for the tracking number(s) that will be collected by the driver.
- For parcel size exceeding 90cm, kindly book with the correct weight to prevent shipment cancellation by courier.
- With Viamove service, it’s optional to print out the air waybill (AWB).
If you do not have a printer, just complete your booking, write down the tracking number (AWB no.) with sender contact number on the parcel and wait for pick up at your door! Kindly inform the driver to key in the written AWB number into the system during collection.
If you have a printer, kindly print out and attach the air waybill (AWB) to your parcel. - Viamove may refuse to accept an item for transportation if it is a Restricted Item. Sender will be responsible for the full fare.
- All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
- Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
- 50% shipping fees will be applied to the sender if delivery request is cancelled after Viamove driver has already been assigned to collect the Parcel(s).
- All lost shipments come with basic insurance of SGD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Kindly check the prohibited/restricted item list before sending, as if it’s under the prohibited/restricted item list , there will be no compensation for any loss and damage parcel.
- Kindly book with actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever higher to prevent shipment cancellation without full refund. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
- Maximum dimension is L+W+H=200cm.For parcel size exceeding 90cm, kindly book with the correct weight to prevent shipment cancellation by courier.
- For delivery to Tuas, Sentosa , Changi Airport, there will be an additional charge of SGD 6.50 per order (estimated). System will automatically bill to your EasyParcel account once received a billing invoice from Viamove.
Viamove may impose a size surcharge if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 90cm. It will be charged to your EasyParcel account. View the table below for more info:
