Bike On-Demand Delivery

  • Send items up to 5kg📦
  • Maximum VW is 32cmx25cmx4cm 📦
  • Covers multiple stops delivery (max 10 stops).📍

Car On-Demand Delivery

  • Send items up to 20kg 📦
  • Maximum VW is 70cmx50cmx50cm 📦

📝 Grab On-Demand Delivery General Service Info:

Same day pick up for bike and car instant delivery (coming soon).
– Delivery time frame is subject to 1 hour after the shipment(s) has been picked up by the rider.
– All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of delivery fee only.
-All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum coverage of SGD500. The compensation limit shall be based on the value declared during booking, the value stated on the invoice, or the maximum coverage offered by courier companies, whichever is lower. 
– Maximum weight is 5kg and maximum VW is 32cmx25cmx4cm for bike delivery.
– Maximum weight is 20kg and maximum VW is 70cmx50cmx50cm for car delivery.
– Once the order is made, and the rider is found, cancellation of order is not allowed.
Riders have the right to cancel the order if the size of the parcel is too big/heavy for pick up. Charges will be applied to the sender’s account.
– Coverage pick up area: the whole of Singapore is covered.
– Coverage delivery area: the whole of Singapore is covered.
– No minimum parcel quantity for On-Demand delivery.
– Paperless delivery, no AWB needed. All the sender needs to do is to write down the receivers’ details such as name, contact and parcel content on the parcel.
– Changes of pick-up location are not allowed once the order is made.
– Collection of parcels will be notified via EasyParcel website.
– Once parcel(s) is collected, customers are able to track the delivery details and status through EasyParcel website.
– When the receiver’s not around, Grab rider will leave the parcel outside the door. Proof of delivery can be retrieved from EasyParcel Website.
– If a customer requests to return, there will be return charges.
– Compensation is not available if the delivery is not within the promised time frame.
