What is EasyReward?

Does EasyReward have an expiry date?
Yes, the expiry date of your EasyReward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t worry, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.
What is a starter pack?
The starter pack is all about essential tools and materials that you need to kick start parcel delivery. In the box, you will get a limited edition EasyParcel digital weighing scale, flyers, pouches, fragile stickers and so on (the merchandise will be changed from time to time).

The free starter pack is applicable for first time upgrade to EP1000 throughout your lifetime with EasyParcel. Once per account only.
How do I claim my free starter pack?

What is a Lite Thermal Printer?

When will I receive my printer?
It takes 8-12 weeks for us to dispatch the printer to your doorstep – and the shipping is on us!
- The promo rates above are applicable for new top up of EP50 or above from 28th June 2022 onwards until further notice.
- Once users top up with this new promo rate, users are able to enjoy the promo rate for as long as the stated promotion duration for each top up package. Once a user has used up the credit even before the stated promotion duration, the following top up will no longer be applicable for this promo rate but will be based on the latest promo rate at that particular time.
