We’ve noticed that many of you prefer to book for weekend collection as it’s probably the best time for you to be around at home as well as you really enjoy the convenience that courier service is able to pick up your parcel on weekends rather than just limited to weekdays only.
Hence, we’ve been constantly giving feedback to our courier partners regarding this as EasyParcel always strives to provide the best solution and service for you! With that, we’re really excited to finally announce that J&T Express and Aramex will be able to collect your parcel every Saturday from now on! Yay!
Plus, you can also enjoy same-day pick up with J&T Express and Aramex as well if you were to make your booking before 10.45am on that day! Applied to all shipments from Monday – Saturday.
Let’s take a look on some of the latest service info regarding J&T Express and Aramex:
- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 10.45am. Parcel will be collected on the same day between 9am – 6pm on weekdays and between 9am – 1pm on Saturday.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery within J&T coverage areas. Delivery is made within 9am – 10pm.
- All shipments come with basic insurance of maximum SGD100 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and maximum dimension is L+W+H =300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.
- Parcel weight for J&T Express service will be determined by actual weight only.
- Same-day pick up: For orders made before 10.45am. Parcel will be collected on the same day between 9am – 6pm on weekdays and between 9am – 1pm on Saturday.
- Delivery time frame: 1-3 working day(s) delivery within Aramex coverage area. Delivery is made within 8am – 6pm.
- All lost shipments come with basic insurance of SGD25 or coverage on parcel value; whichever lower in value.
- Maximum weight is 30kg and greatest dimension should not exceed 100cm on one side.
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
So now with more courier choices available for your Saturday pickup, then there’s no reason for you to wait till Monday to get your parcel sent from now on!
