Step-by-Step: How to Book a "Return Parcel" on EasyParcel
Domestic Delivery
- Fill in the origin and destination postcode.
- Provide the parcel weight.
- (Optional) Add parcel dimensions for a more accurate shipping rate.
- Click the “Quote” button.
- A list of courier rates will appear below, as shown in the image.
International Delivery
- Fill in the origin postcode.
- Enter the destination country and postcode.
- Provide the parcel weight.
- (Optional) Add parcel dimensions for a more accurate shipping rate.
- Click the “Quote” button.

On-Demand Delivery
- Fill in the exact address of your pick-up location.
- Enter the address of your drop-off point. You can add up to 9 drop-off points.
- Select your preferred pick-up date and time.
- Choose the transport type.
- Click the “Quote” button to get the rates.
Step 4: Fill in the sender and receiver’s detail, parcel details and some add-on services, then click “Check out” button.
Step 5: Check again all the information and apply your coupon (if have) to enjoy lower shipping fee. After done checking, click “Pay Now” to proceed with payment.
Step 6: After payment is done, you can click the click “Print AWB” to download and print AWB for the particular shipment. For bulk download AWB, select all the shipments, then click “AWB” button below the page.
