Step-by-Step Packing Process
1. Penny Sleeve First
Insert the card into a penny sleeve. Always handle by the edges – never touch the surface.
2. Toploader Protection
Slide the sleeved card into a rigid toploader. For EX cards, ensure the toploader is the correct size (standard trading card size is 2.5″ x 3.5″).
3. Seal the Toploader
Place a small piece of tape over the top opening of the toploader. Create a “pull tab” by folding the end of the tape over itself – this makes it easy for the buyer to remove without damaging the card.
4. Team Bag (Optional but Recommended)
Slide the toploader into a team bag (resealable plastic bag designed for trading cards). This keeps moisture out and prevents the card from sliding out if tape fails.
5. Cardboard Reinforcement
For international shipments or cards worth over S$200, place the toploader between two pieces of thin cardboard. This prevents bending during rough handling.
6. Bubble Mailer
Place everything into a small bubble mailer. Choose a mailer that fits snugly – too much empty space allows shifting.
7. Label “Do Not Bend”
Write “Do Not Bend” or “Fragile” clearly on the mailer. This alerts couriers to handle with care.

Step 3: International Booking Steps for Shipping Pokémon Cards
1. Log in EasyParcel account.
2. Under “Send Parcel”, Click on “International Delivery”.
3. Enter details (sender country with postcode, destination country with postcode and parcel weight) and click on “Quote”.

5. Double check all the details and click on “Pay Now” to make payment.
6. Download and print Air Waybill (AWB).
Single AWB
1. Click the three dots icon next to the shipment.
2. Select “Print AWB” from the dropdown menu.
3. A PDF file will automatically download and save.
Bulk Downloads AWB
1. Tick the “Selected” checkbox to choose all your orders.
2. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click “AWB” to download all AWBs in bulk.
