Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for new members for our customer service team. If you love to delight the customers, dedicated to provide quality service, and able to keep your cool with difficult customers, you may be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and live chat.
  • Solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third parties in the process.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Finance Assistant

Job Description

  • Overall in-charge and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
  • Handle petty cash records.
  • Prepare creditor / expenses listing enclose with supporting documents and prepare weekly payment schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal team ensure the information and documents flow smoothly to finance team.
  • Proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Manage full set of account including monthly closing on timely & accurate.
  • Preparation of journal entries for monthly transaction such as recognition of income, prepayment, accruals, fixed assets and any adjustment for month end closing.
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agent on query if any.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.

Internship in Inventory Management

Job Description & Requirements

An Inventory Management intern will assist teammates/supervisor in overseeing, maintaining and keeping track of all physical products and supplies in EasyParcel, ensuring that stock remains organized and balanced at all time, restocks supplies, update inventory records, unloading and processing deliveries as well as provide customer assistance as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and update current inventory levels/records of all products/merchandise in EasyParcel.
  • Process and fulfill orders on a daily basis, track shipments and address any delays.
  • Assists in developing and implementing efficient inventory management procedures.
  • Assists in forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS), liaise with teammates/supervisor in merchandise replenishment as needed.
  • Assists in reconciling discrepancies in inventories and notifies teammates/supervisor/manager of irregularities.
  • Assists in loading/unloading inventory.
  • Assists in cleaning and organizing the hub, restructures organization of hub to make space for new inventory.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties or special requests as assigned.
