You get free parcel lost coverage with Basic Insurance. If you’re delivering expensive items and wish to get up to SGD 5,000 coverage, you can pay an extra of 1.2% of your parcel value with EasyCover.

We offer 2 types of shipping insurance coverage, which are Basic Insurance and EasyCover.
Head over to your dashboard and click on ‘All Parcels’ in the left menu. Select ‘Parcel Status’, locate your parcel tracking number and click on the 3-line-icon on the far right. Select ‘Report’ and proceed with the details.
